We want you to be happy with DubSplit. This policy explains when you can get your money back.
Free trial
Pro plans start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.
14-day refund
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, whether it is your first payment after the trial or a renewal. No questions asked.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. You can still cancel at any time to stop future payments; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
How to request a refund
- Email with the email address you used to pay, or
- use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which issues the refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
